Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by User
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 48 hours before service: 100% refund of the booking amount.
- 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Less than 24 hours before service: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Udaan
If we cancel your service due to weather conditions, technical issues, or regulatory restrictions, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
3. Service Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service provided, please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund based on our findings.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
