By accessing or using the services of Udaan Drone Service ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access our services.

2. Services

Udaan provides agricultural drone services including crop spraying, aerial monitoring, and related services. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.
• Change the pricing of our services with reasonable notice to existing customers.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for bookings.
• Ensure that the service location is accessible and safe for drone operations.
• Obtain all necessary permissions from landowners if you are not the property owner.
• Not interfere with or disrupt our drone operations during service delivery.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding agricultural practices.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms are as follows:

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
• Payment Methods: We accept online payments, UPI, bank transfers, and cash at our discretion.
• Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds. In summary, cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice receive a full refund, while those made with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refund.

6. Weather and Operational Conditions

Drone operations are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to:

• Adverse weather conditions (rain, strong winds, storms, etc.)
• Regulatory restrictions or airspace limitations
• Technical issues with equipment
• Safety concerns identified by our pilots

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available slot or provide a full refund.

7. Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Udaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. You agree to indemnify and hold Udaan harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Udaan or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
